1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ag33 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ag33 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using the ag33 platform. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have registered an account, contact ag33 support to request account closure.

ag33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification to all registered players.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The ag33 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any ag33 Services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ag33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age eligibility. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned to the funding source where technically possible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ag33 platform is designed for and primarily targeted at players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ag33 platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. ag33 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. If you are accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so entirely at your own risk and you represent that doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an ag33 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change. ag33 may require verification of any submitted information at any time.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered ag33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ag33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ag33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact ag33 support immediately.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ag33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method — at any time. Verification requests are standard procedure under ag33's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account and the suspension of withdrawal access.

4.3 Account Currency

All ag33 account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. ag33 does not support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international payment methods may be subject to currency conversion by their payment provider; such conversion costs are the player's sole responsibility.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ag33 reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts, not to exceed ৳200 per month, after providing the registered email address with at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice. In no case will an administrative fee reduce an account balance below zero.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ag33 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. ag33 will endeavour to communicate material changes to payment method availability in a timely manner.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction on the ag33 platform. As a general guide, the minimum single deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000, subject to the specific limits applicable to each payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's ag33 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to process depending on the sending institution. ag33 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to ag33 are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours on standard business days, and typically within five (5) minutes for mobile money withdrawals via bKash or Nagad where the platform's automated systems approve the transaction. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. ag33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, a player must: (a) have fully completed any applicable KYC verification process; (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds; and (c) not be subject to any pending investigation, account restriction, or dispute. ag33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of any account review or verification procedure.

5.6 Payment Method Consistency

As a general policy, ag33 requires that withdrawals be made using the same payment method as the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied consistently across all player accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ag33 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus offer terms, the standard wagering requirement for ag33 bonuses is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Real money balance is used first during wagering; bonus balance is used only after the real money balance is exhausted in any given gaming session.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the relevant bonus offer will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Standard bonus expiry is thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

ag33 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in normal gameplay. ag33 may, at its sole discretion, withhold or withdraw a bonus from any player if there is reasonable evidence that the player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on games that contribute minimally to wagering requirements, placing hedging bets, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus and any associated pending wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the ag33 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the relevant game studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by ag33 or by prior game results. ag33 does not modify game outcomes or RTP (return to player) rates beyond those configured by the originating game provider.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game session, ag33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, ag33's standard policy is to return the wager placed in the affected game round to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are not valid and will not be paid out.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets

ag33 offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are set and updated by ag33's sportsbook team and are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or settled. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during live events. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCCI, FIFA). ag33's settlement decisions are final.

7.4 Obvious Errors

ag33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical, typographical, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors in odds or game configurations will be in breach of these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ag33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the ag33 platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are otherwise ineligible to use the Services under these Terms.
• Creating more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in the course of any KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting known software errors, display glitches, or misconfigured odds in a deliberate and systematic manner for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering activities, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other means to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent platform access restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ag33 platform, including but not limited to the ag33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ag33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ag33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any ag33 content; modifying or creating derivative works based on ag33 content; using ag33 branding for any commercial purpose; or reverse-engineering any part of the ag33 platform software.

Game content displayed on the ag33 platform (including game graphics, audio, and mechanics) is owned by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is used under licence. Players may not reproduce or distribute such content.

11 Privacy & Data

ag33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and support interactions. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the ag33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ag33 will not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

ag33 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions to protect the security of personal and financial data in transit. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are not accessible to ag33 staff in plaintext form.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ag33's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ag33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from:

• Reliance on information or content displayed on the platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its Services;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or network connectivity issues outside ag33's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your ag33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, ag33 will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, open bets, or active bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of the confirmed closure request.

13.2 Termination by ag33

ag33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ag33 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in any prohibited activity; the player has provided false information during registration or verification; continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to ag33; or the account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, all access to the platform will be immediately revoked. Real money balances will be returned to the player subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for termination. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are also forfeited.

14 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the ag33 platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should in the first instance contact ag33's support team via live chat. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) hour and provide an initial response within twenty-four (24) hours.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first point of contact, you may request escalation to ag33's dedicated complaints team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within seven (7) business days.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round or bet settlement. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. ag33's review of game outcome disputes is based on server logs, RNG certification records, and game provider data; these records are considered definitive.

15 Amendments to Terms

ag33 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that materially affect player rights or obligations — ag33 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to the registered email address associated with each active account.

Your continued use of the ag33 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the revision. In such cases, ag33 will process account closure and return any real money balance in accordance with Section 13.1.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the ag33 platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ag33's internal complaints procedure (as described in Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs in connection with any arbitration proceedings, except where the arbitrator determines that one party has acted in bad faith, in which case costs may be awarded against that party.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
